[IKE25-21]【Minimum Wage Increase】: Minimum wages have been raised since Oct. 4th, 2025.
The minimum wage in Kanagawa Prefecture is now 1,225 yen per hour.

Minimum wage refers to the minimum amount of money to be paid by employers to their employees.
It is set as an hourly wage.
The system of guaranteeing minimum wages is established by law.
Companies must obey it.

Minimum wages vary according to the place where you live.
