[IKE17-20]Summer Illnesses
If you have symptoms such as headache, dizziness, nausea, stomachache, or fever, please go see a doctor.
Please take care of yourself to enjoy your summer.

□Heatstroke
In hot, humid climates, the body has difficulty adjusting to the heat, and symptoms of dizziness, nausea, and fever can occur.
Prevention: ①Drink fluids frequently. ② Use air conditioners and fans as necessary.

□Sunburn
Red, painful skin is a common symptom. Symptoms usually subside after 2 or 3 days, but severe cases can include blistering and swelling. In the case of sunburn, apply a cool towel to the affected area and apply ice packs. If there is fever or chills, get the affected area checked by a dermatologist.
Prevention: ① Apply sunscreen.
② Avoid going out during the hours of peak sunlight.
③ Wear a hat or use a sun parasol.

□Insect bites
If bitten or stung by a mosquito, bee, blackfly, or caterpillar, pain or itchiness, together with swelling, may result. If bitten by an insect, clean the affected area, then cool it and apply medicine to the skin.
As prevention, avoid the following: ① Clothing that exposes skin ② Black or dark-colored clothing ③ Strongly scented perfume or hairspray, etc.
