[IKE25-17]【Census 2025】: The national census is conducted every five years in Japan.
It covers all the people living in Japan and their households.

Census takers visit households to distribute census documents in late September.
You can complete the printed form and submit it either by mail or by handing it to the census taker.
You can also complete and submit the form online.

The questionnaire is available in multiple languages on the website.
