[IKE19-9]★Additional information【Senior High School Tuition Support ("Kotogakko-to Shugaku Shienkin")】

Students enrolled in senior high schools etc. will be provided with financial support ("Shienkin") to cover tuition. Repayment is not required.
To receive “Shienkin,” you need to apply. Students in the first year of high school are to apply in April and second- and third-year students in May or June.
Starting School Year 2019, you need to submit a document to confirm the guardian's MY NUMBER (individual number under the social security and tax number system) to apply for “Shienkin.”
You will get an application form called "Kotogakko-to Shugaku Shienkin Jyukyu Shikaku Nintei Shinseisho" (Application for Eligibility Confirmation for Senior High School Tuition Support) from your school, so please fill it out.

Conditions: Student's household income per year is under approx. 9.1 million yen and the residential tax paid by the guardian in the previous year is under 507,000 yen.

Requirements: Any one of the following; MY NUMBER Card, Notification Card ("Tuchi Cado") or Certificate of Residence ("Jyumin-hyo") which shows MY NUMBER
