[IKE19-29]【Scholarship for College or Vocational School Students】
There is a scholarship for students with foreign roots who attend vocational schools or colleges in Japan.
It partially supports expenses necessary for school life. No need for repayment.

Those who meet the following 3 conditions are eligible to apply.
1. Students of foreign nationality or former foreign nationality living in Japan.
Refugees and their children, people of Japanese descent from Latin America, etc. with long-term resident status, children of Japanese war orphans returned from China.
However, those whose status of residence is "Student" are not eligible.
2. Those who have difficulty paying tuition.
3. Those who can participate in a series of recruitment seminars.
※About 5 times annually. Schedule not yet fixed.

School: Students attending vocational schools or colleges in Japan. Those scheduled to enroll in April 2020 are also eligible to apply.
Amount to be paid: 20,000 yen per month, totaling 240,000 yen per year
Period of payment: from April 2020 to March 2021
Application deadline: January 10, 2020 (Friday). ※Once you pass the document screening, there will be an interview in mid-March at the Support21 office in Shinagawa, Tokyo.
