High School Tuition Support Fund
High School Tuition Support Fund applicants can receive either whole or partial support for high school tuition fees (public or private) from the national government. Application is necessary to be able to receive the support.
Please inquire regarding the application procedure at your high school.
■Eligibility: Households with students enrolling in high school in April 2015 that pay less than 304,200 yen in municipal income tax (annual income of about 9,100,000 yen) are eligible for public or private high school curriculum fee assistance.
■Application procedure: Please submit your application and certificate of municipal income tax to the high school in March or April.
