- [IKE15-21]High School Tuition Support Fund

The system for providing support for students enrolling in high school after April 2014 has changed. If students apply to the new tuition support system, the national government may provide assistance for either all or part of the tuition for both public and private high schools. An application is required in order to receive support. The application available for the newly-enrolled high school students in April 2015 only covered the period of assistance from April 2015 to June 2015, which is followed by the one covering the period from July 2015 to June 2016. Students who did not apply in April can also try this time.
■Students who satisfy the following two conditions are eligible.
１．Students who enrolled in high school (public or private) in April 2015 or in April 2014.
２．Households whose income-based municipal tax for fiscal 2015 totals less than 304,200 yen.
■Application procedure: Submit the application and tax certificate for fiscal 2015 to the high school office.
Inquire regarding the application procedure and deadline at the high school office.
