[IKE15-39]Population Census: Items asked about in the census include the number of household members, place of work or location of school. It is not a questionnaire from immigration or the police department. It is available in Japanese as well as other languages. If you have trouble reading Japanese, please ask the census taker for translated materials.
Process: Census takers will distribute the census form to each household.
Response: Please return the completed census form to the census taker, or return it by post.
