[IKE12-17]Take precautions against heat stroke
Exercising or working in the heat puts you at risk of heat stroke
Signs of heat stroke are elevated body temperature, lethargy, dizziness, and headache.
In extreme cases, it can lead to death.
To avoid heat stroke:
■ Refrain from exercising or working in the heat for long periods
■ Before you get thirsty, drink water or tea (liquids that contain salt are recommended)
■ Wear cool clothing
■ If you feel unwell, visit the hospital promptly
■ When outside, wear a hat or carry a parasol
■ When indoors, open windows or use air conditioning to make the room cool
