□Food poisoning: fever, vomiting, stomachache are common symptoms. Prevention: ① Eat food soon after it has been prepared. ② Cook meat and fish thoroughly. ③ Please keep cooking utensils including cutting board, knives, and towels clean.

□Heatstroke: In hot, humid climates, the body has difficulty adjusting to the heat, and symptoms of dizziness, nausea, and fever can occur. Prevention: ① Take plenty of fluids. ② Use air conditioners and fans as necessary. ③ Refrain from going outside when the temperature is high.

□Sunburn: red, painful skin is a common symptom. Usually symptoms subside after 2 or 3 days, but severe cases can include blistering and swelling. In the case of sunburn, apply a cool towel to the affected area and apply moisturizer. If there is fever or chills, get the affected area checked by a dermatologist. Prevention: ① Apply sunscreen. ② Avoid going out during the hours of peak sunlight.

□Insect bites: Pain and itchiness with red skin are common symptoms. If bitten by an insect, clean the affected area, then cool it and apply medicine to the skin. As prevention, avoid the following: ① Clothing that exposes skin ② Black or dark-colored clothing ③ Strongly scented perfume or hairspray, etc.
