[IKE17-14]Prevent Food Poisoning during Rainy Season
In Japan, June is the rainy season with high humidity. It is important to take care to prevent food poisoning.
Symptoms of food poisoning include fever, vomiting, abdominal cramps and diarrhea. Precautions against food poisoning are suggested below.
①Eat food soon after preparation.
②Be sure to cook food thoroughly.
③Regularly clean cutting board, knives, and kitchen towels.
