[IKE17-25]Dealing with Trouble after Purchase of Consumer Products
You can contact the Consumer Counseling Office for help with contract-related problems you’ve had when purchasing products or using services. A consultant will help solve your problem through advice or mediation.
Examples:
〇After ordering a product over the Internet, you receive a different item and are having trouble returning it to the vendor.
〇After becoming a member of an organization to make money, you find that you are actually losing money.
〇After borrowing from a money lender you are unable to repay your debt.
