As Japan is experiencing a low birth rate and aging society, an increasing number of people are needed for elderly caregiving services. In Kanagawa prefecture, a growing number of non-Japanese residents are working in the caregiving field. It is possible to gain qualifications and skills while providing elderly care services, and by doing so, advance your career. Kanagawa International Foundation has prepared a handbook for use by non-Japanese residents in the elderly care field.
