Owners of vehicles as of April 1 are required to pay vehicle tax.

When and where to pay vehicle tax
The tax notice is sent in early May, and the amount shown on the notice must be paid by May 31 (Thu.).
Payment can be made at a bank, post office, convenience store, or by credit card via the Internet.
ATM machines with Pay-easy service, Internet banking, and mobile banking can also be used to make payment.

Change of ownership:
If you sell your car, please complete the procedure for change of ownership.
Otherwise, the tax notice will continue to be sent to you.
