Lump-sum Withdrawal Payments called "DATTAI ICHIJIKIN" is the money you can receive, if you are non-Japanese and will be leaving or have already left Japan, and have paid pension premiums for 6 months or longer.
To receive the Lump-sum Withdrawal Payments, you need to submit an application within 2 years from the day you lost your registered address in Japan.
