[IKE19-31]【2019 is Almost Over】
How was your 2019?
Let me inform you on what to keep in mind during the year-end and New Year holidays.

●Hospitals and clinics
Hospitals and clinics are closed during the year-end and New Year holidays.
Be sure to confirm if you have enough medication until the next appointment and where you can get emergency care in case of any sudden illness.

●Avoid getting infectious diseases
Flu, cold, pneumonia and gastroenteritis (stomach flu) are likely to be prevalent during winter months.
Put on a mask when you go out, and gurgle and wash your hands when you come home.
Also, try to sleep well and eat well.

●Watch out for car accidents
More people go out in their cars during the year-end and New Year holidays.
So, regardless of whether you drive or not, watch out for car accidents.

●Avoid excessive eating and drinking
You will have more opportunities to eat out and drink at year-end/New Year’s parties.
Especially, be careful not to drink too much.

●When leaving home for a long period, be sure to lock your house.
If mail is left stacked and unattended in your mailbox, people will know you are out of town.
Beware of thieves.
