[IKE19-33]【National Holidays will change】: Feb. 23rd (Sun) is newly set as a national holiday.
It is the new emperor's birthday. It falls on a Sunday this year, so the 24th (Mon) will be the substitute holiday.

Also, national holidays will be shifted in line with the 2020 Olympic Games. Be careful, though, as these changes are only for this year.
'Marine Day'・・・3rd Monday in July →　July 23rd (Thu)
'Sports Day'・・・2nd Monday in October →　July 24th (Fri) , the day of Olympic Opening Ceremony
'Mountain Day'・・・ August 11th → Aug. 10th (Mon), the day after Olympic Closing Ceremony (the 9th, Sun)
