Tokyo Metropolis, Saitama Prefecture, Chiba Prefecture, Kanagawa Prefecture, Osaka Prefecture, Hyogo Prefecture, Kyoto Prefecture, Aichi Prefecture, Gifu Prefecture, and Fukuoka Prefecture.
