[IKE21-2]【Vaccinations for COVID-19】
Vaccinations for COVID-19 have started in Japan and will continue taking place until the end of Feb. 2022.

First, healthcare workers will be vaccinated.
Then, those who are 65 years of age and older, those who are under 65 but have pre-existing conditions, and those working in nursing homes will be vaccinated.
People other than the above will be vaccinated thereafter.
People aged 16 and over will be eligible.

The COVID-19 vaccine needs two shots.
It is provided free of charge.

Vaccinations are available for foreign residents, too.
Please wait for a notice about the vaccination to be sent from your local government.
