[IKE21-5]【For Those Wishing to Rent Public Housing】
Do you know about public housing?
Public housing is run by local governments like prefectures and municipalities.
It has lower rent than privately rented housing.
If you are interested, please ask the relevant organizations by phone about the requirements to be met.

●Prefectural housing:
Applications are accepted in May and November each year. (tenants chosen by lot)
There are houses that you can also apply for any time of the year. (first-come-first-served basis)
Even if you are presently not living in Kanagawa Prefecture, you are eligible to apply.
You need to have the residence certificates of all people who will be living in the house you apply for.
