[IKE22-22]【For Parents/Guardians of Children Entering Elementary School Next Year】: Children are supposed to have a health checkup at the elementary school where he/she will enroll in April 2023.
Children entering elementary schools next April are those aged 6 now and those who will be 6 by April 1, 2023.
(These are the children born between April 2, 2016 and April 1, 2017.)

If you are a parent or guardian concerned, the details will be sent to your home by mail.
If you are not currently registered as a resident in the municipality where you live, please reach out to the municipal office for advice.

If you need an interpreter, please call the "Multilingual Support Center Kanagawa" in advance.
Telephone interpretating service is available free of charge.
