[IKE22-26]【Paid Leave】
Paid leave is time off from work without salary deductions.
Workers have the right to take paid leave.

You are granted paid leave if you have worked for a company for more than 6 months.
The number of days granted is determined by the number of working days per week.

Basically, you can choose when to take paid leave.
However, your company may require you to take it at different times, if there is a good reason.

Employers must ensure that their employees take paid leave.
Employers are obliged to have employees take at least 5 days off per year if they are granted 10 or more annual paid leave days.
When to take a holiday is determined through discussion between the employer and the employee.
