[IKE23-09]【Beware of Problems Related to Purchasing】
Numbers of problems related to purchasing are increasing.
Here are some examples:
・ I meant to purchase a product as a one-time trial, but it led to periodic product deliveries under a subscription purchase contract.
・ I meant to purchase a smartphone from someone I met on SNS, but what was actually delivered was a charging cable.

When a parcel was delivered cash on delivery (payment policy that requires payment for product upon delivery), you need to pay for the product once you open the parcel.
Be cautious about transactions between individuals.
