[IKE23-30]【Submit Notice of Relocation When Moving】
When you are moving, submit a “notice of relocation” form (TENKYO TODOKE) to the post office.
After the submission, postal items sent to your old address are redirected to your new address.
This forwarding service is available for the period of one year from the date of submission.

There are 3 ways to submit the notice of relocation.
①Submit through the Internet (eTENKYO)
https://welcometown.post.japanpost.jp/etn/
②Receive a relocation form at the post office, fill it in and drop it into a post box.
③Fill in a relocation form at the post office and submit it at the counter.

In any of these cases, you will need identification documents.
Be sure you have documents such as your driver’s license, MY NUMBER card or Residence Card, with you.
