[IKE13-19]Be Alert for Sudden Rainstorms and Lightning: Summer weather is very changeable.
Sudden rainstorms bring heavy rainfall in a short period of time, and lightning is likely to strike. Before going out, check the TV, internet, and radio for weather conditions and forecast.

Precautions during sudden heavy rainfall
■Gutters and rivers suddenly become full of running water, so please stay away from them when it’s raining.
■Underground malls can become filled with water, so be careful when it is raining.
■Streets overflowing with water can be dangerous. Please avoid driving or walking along the street in heavy rain.

Precautions during lightning
■Find shelter in a safe place (building, car, train)
■If shelter is unavailable, take a position near to the ground
