[IKE13-54]Multilingual Medical Questionnaire has been renewed: The Multilingual Medical Questionnaire is for use by non-Japanese to use to help explain their symptoms to doctors and other medical personnel. The two new features are a questionnaire related to neurosurgery and the addition of a questionnaire in Nepalese.
You can choose the medical department and your symptoms from the questionnaire to show the doctor.
