Kanagawa Prefecture Institute of Language and Culture Studies offers Japanese language lessons for non-Japanese residents. Course contents are listed on the following web pages.

②【Employment Preparation Training Program for Foreign Nationals of Japanese Ancestry】
Japanese-language training course for working in Japan will be offered. Afternoon and evening classes are available. Please sign up through Hello Work.
■Course contents:
・Japanese language lessons
・Guidance on common practices at work in Japan, job interviews, and writing a resume
・Lectures on work environment and labor-related laws in Japan, workplace visit, etc.
■Eligibility:
・Nationals of Latin American countries (in principle)
・Holders of the following visa status: Spouse of Japanese National, Permanent Resident, Spouse of Permanent Resident, or Long-term Resident.
※ Consultation available for those other than Latin American nationals.
■Fee: Free of charge (transportation costs paid by participant)
■Inquiry regarding classes in Kanagawa Prefecture: (Monday through Friday, 9:30-18:00)
