Scholarship is available for non-Japanese residents or naturalized Japanese citizens in high school, vocational school, or college.
Those who meet all of the following conditions from 1 to 3 are eligible.
(1) Non-Japanese residents or naturalized Japanese citizens who are either “a” or “b.”
a) Indochinese refugees, Convention Refugees, and their children
b) Children of returnees from China; people of Japanese descent from Latin America, etc. and their children
※ Non-Japanese students or those with naturalized Japanese citizenship in similar circumstances as the above are also eligible.
※ Individuals with a student visa are not eligible.
(2) Those who have difficulty paying school fees
(3) Residents of Japan attending high school, vocational school, or university as of April 2015 or those who plan to enroll in April 2015.
